With the service industry received more attention, service quality has become an increasingly important role to promote the development of service industry. Therefore,the study of quality of service at home and abroad get more attention. In order to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, some enterprises take various measures to improve the quality of service. Due to the special nature in the service delivery process, the customer has played a decisive role in the whole process, and customer participation has been contained in marketing strategy.According to previous research results, in the research perspective of the level of customer participation, motivation and influence, with the increase of customer participation, Customer satisfaction and their perception of service quality levels will increase. The student community is one of the industries with high customer participation. Based on the Student Participation dimensions, this thesis starting to study the impact of perceiving service quality and provide a theoretical basis for student community management of student participation in student community.Through the literature review of the related theories of domestic and foreign customers participation, in particular the dimension of different scholars to customers participation, According to the division of different academic method, combining the characteristics of the logistics department in colleges and universities student community,the article constructs the student participation dimension in student community. And selects the SERVQUAL seal in perception of service quality measurement. To the regulating variable of uniqueness, Ruvio revised the short form. Then the article builds the relationship theoretical model between students participation dimensions and service quality in student community. In empirical research using statistical software to recover The 249 valid questionnaires were reliability, validity, correlation and path test. It is concluded that the students participate in each dimension of service quality dimensions is influenced differently; Information sharing behavior dimension mainly affects the tangibility of service quality, guarantee; Responsibility behavior dimension mainly affects the perceived service quality of responsiveness, assurance and empathy;Interference behavior dimension mainly affects the perceived service quality reliability and responsiveness, main conclusions, and points out that with the improvement of students need for uniqueness, participate in the sense of information sharing,responsibility, behavior and interventions are more and more positive influence on perceived service quality. This article research conclusion to the logistics of colleges and universities student community service work has certain reference significance.
