Junior high school is a very important educational phase.It is necessary for junior high school classroom to consider how to pay attention to “student participation”,maintain students' dominant position and improve students' enthusiasm in classroom participation.After implementing the reform of New Curriculum Standard,student participation has received wide attention.Judging from the active classroom atmosphere,it seems that student participation is good.However,as a matter of fact,many students haven't fully participated in classroom teaching activities.In addition,teachers don't understand the connotation and structure of“student participation” thoroughly.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the connotation of student participation and understand the current situation of student participation at junior high school classroom.On the one hand,it can provide more theoretical supports for the research of student participation;On the other hand,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions can be provided for teaching practice.The students in Grade 1 and Grade 2 of a junior high school in Beijing are taken as the research object.The methods of literature research and questionnaire survey are adopted to obtain theoretical basis and experimental data.Next,SPSS is employed to analyze the relevant data.In this case,the actual situation of student participation in junior high school classroom can be learned.At the same time,it can further investigate students' classroom participation degree and understand the mutual relation among students' cognitive participation,emotional participation and behavioral participation as well as the main factors affecting student participation.The specific findings are as follows:1.In terms of cognitive participation,students use more deep strategies and they rely on teacher-student strategy.2.As for emotional participation,students have more positive emotions during participating in classroom teaching.3.In regards to behavioral participation,students' delving degree is higher than single-minded performance.4.There is a close relationship between cognitive participation and emotional participation.5.Academic record is the key factor that affects junior high school students' classroom participation.According to the research results,targeted strategies and suggestions are put forward in the paper.1.Cognitive participation: teachers reasonably expect and adjust the teaching content;2.Emotional participation: create a relaxed and happy classroom atmosphere,so that students are willing to participate in classroom teaching;3.Behavior participation: cultivate students' questioning ability and actively participate in classroom teaching;4.Influencing factors: using the guidance mechanism,students with different grades have the opportunity to participate.
