| From the beginning of the 20 th century, China has continued to mathematics education reform. Graphics and Geometry and our lives are closely linked. Intuitive understanding of geometry and space came into contact with our understanding of childhood, from primary school, we began to 2D and 3D graphics basic learning. The space we live in, often by folding, translation, splicing, description, measurements, etc. to understand the exploration, students can abstract graphical features graphics by law on the books, the development of the concept of space.In this paper, the study of mathematics textbooks People’s Education Press,2004 edition 1--6 grade elementary school mathematics in 2007 and the Australian edition textbook Nelson Maths task book.First, read different versions of different grades(between China and foreign) relevant references comparative studies textbooks and literature comparing mathematics "Graphics and Geometry" aspect; Furthermore, the comparative study of China and the Australian Primary Mathematics target and the similarities and differences on specific targets; again, from different dimensions( "Graphics understanding" to start the sequence, structural materials, knowledge presentation, examples and exercises contrast) comparison of primary school mathematics textbooks in Australia "Graphics and Geometry" field analysis; and finally For comparison, make the appropriate conclusions and recommendations of inadequate preparation of materials for "Graphics and Geometry" in the field of elementary school mathematics to provide a reference.Preliminary results of this study are: The two countries are moving in a new class standard textbook curriculum ideas development, attention basic knowledge and skills to master, the emphasis on the process of learning mathematics.
