Facing the aging trend, the support of the elderly has becoming social and economic problem. Based on this problem, the aging committee has proposed the development of the Age-Friendly City according to the world health organization(WHO). This context has studied the pattern of deepening the Age-Friendly City. Based on questions, this research came from the perspective of urban planning major, combining the theory of sociology, elderly people and the environment, and the theory of smart growth theory. In order to "Unit Care ", using the method of literature review, interview method, field survey method, methods of project practice method, combined with physical, psychological, behavioral, social, economic, demographic, construction and other multi-disciplinary knowledge, to analysis and research. Base on the requirements of the old paper, study of the subject characteristics deeply, demand characteristics of the elderly and the service supply strategy. Discussed how to establish a supporting system, and has carried on the summary of research and planning content system. Based on the research of the general concept of "Unit Care ", this paper try to find out the composition and design methods. From a "Unit Care Facilities" to multiple "Unit Care Facilities", using the organic combination and the network to form a complete coverage of pension pattern. The target is to construct of positive aging society pension planning structure of the space. To turn the city from passive aging sporadic mottled endowment space form to positive pension system structural form. Unit Care can be divided into institutional and community types. This paper also has discussed the planning and design of the two kinds of forms and the definition of their content. It has concluded the result of the service strategy and space, and the space planning and validation project practice at last.
