Research On The Mechanism Of Long-term Care To Meet The Needs Of The Elderly Under The Background Of Population Aging

In the past two decades,while the number of elderly people in our country has gradually increased,the newborn population has continued to decrease,which has led to an increase in the proportion of the elderly population and a deepening of the aging degree.At the same time,with the advancement of urbanization,the flow of rural population to cities has increased,the flow of labor between cities has increased,and the employment ratio of female groups has continued to increase.The family structure has a trend of differentiation,and the care function of the elderly undertaken by the family is gradually weakening.In addition,people's living standards,health awareness and medical technology have been greatly improved,and the average life expectancy of the elderly population has also shown an increasing trend.These series of factors have increased the demand for long-term care of the elderly population,especially the disabled elderly.However,the increasing degree of aging and the gradual miniaturization of the family size have brought a heavier burden on the elderly to the family,leading to huge challenges in meeting the needs of the elderly.Therefore,to solve a series of social problems caused by the aging of the population,the state and the government need to intervene to meet the needs of the elderly by establishing a unified long-term care system.Based on the heavy pressure caused by aging,in order to meet the needs of the elderly and establish a long-term care system,the article first sorts out the current situation of care for the elderly,elaborates on the needs of the elderly and the current situation of care,and summarizes the emergence.Stage long-term care and some problems existing in the longterm care mechanism.Based on the analysis of the status quo and problems,a study on the long-term care mechanism for the elderly in my country has been launched.The long-term care mechanism for the elderly should consider how to raise funds,how to carry out services,and how to implement supervision.Therefore,this article first divides the long-term care mechanism for the elderly into three aspects: financing mechanism,service mechanism and supervision mechanism,and then discusses the three aspects.The mechanism has been studied separately and the coordinated operation of the three mechanisms has been explained.Regarding the financing mechanism of long-term care for the elderly,the article draws on the data published by the National Bureau of Statistics,China's Elderly Tracking and Survey,China Civil Affairs Statistical Yearbook,China's Elderly Health Research Report,and China's Elderly Quality of Life Development Report.The financing scale and payment ratio of long-term care over a period of years have been measured;regarding the service mechanism of long-term care,research has been conducted on the service object,service method and the responsible body of the service;regarding the supervision mechanism of long-term care,the supervision principle of long-term care,Research has been carried out on several aspects of supervision content,supervision subject and supervision means.Combining the previous status analysis and mechanism research,in order to establish a unified long-term care security system and realize the efficient operation of the long-term care mechanism for the elderly,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions from the aspects of establishing relevant legal system,improving financing system,developing and expanding talent team,improving medical service and strengthening supervision system.
