With the aging of the population has become a hot topic of global concern,China's current society has to face the problems brought by the aging of the population.Chinese society is also about to step from a mild aging society to a moderate aging society.The long-term care of disabled and semi-disabled elderly caused by old age or accident is also becoming increasingly prominent because of the deepening of the aging degree of society,which has become a realistic problem that Chinese society has to face at present.This research according to the theory of ecosystem and social support theory as the instruction,through participatory observation and semi-structured interviews to Z hospital hospitalized elderly people and their families,doctors,nurses,care and social workers,such as investigation,learned that exist in hospitalized elderly care for daily life,long-term care resources integration,social support network reconstruction as well as the spiritual and psychological support and so on long-term care needs;At the same time,it is also accompanied by the lack of professional long-term care personnel,long-term care resources have not been integrated,the social support network is partially broken,and the mental and psychological can not be effectively channeled.Based on the ecosystem theory,this study divided the long-term care system for the elderly in hospital into individual system,family system,medical system and social system.Based on the social work services such as enhancing the ability of the elderly to adapt to the environment,improving the negative mentality of the elderly's family members and providing psychological support for the medical staff carried out by Z Hospital,the study was carried out.This paper puts forward some intervention strategies,such as providing energizing services for the inpatient elderly,improving the family resilience of the inpatient elderly,linking medical resources,improving the professional care ability of nursing workers,advocating old-age care policies and building a stable volunteer team.
