The 21 st century, talents are the root of market competition, enterprises can take an attractive means to introduce talent for achieving sustained competitive, the enterprises that the conditions is relatively weak inevitably lead to job-hopping phenomenon, especially the state-owned enterprises which lack of management level, as a result of management institutional and ideas issues, making a large amount of staff turnover, especially the technical personnel’s stability has been the focus of attention.employees’ instability will affect the work progress and sustainable development,this paper acts the state-owned enterprises as the object of study, analysis its stability factors affecting, has a certain reference value in theory and practice.This paper definite the technology professionals stability:technology professionals in the enterprise can maintain a good working condition, there are willing to remain in enterprise and in the long-term work plan.Through literature review and field research, this paper summarizes the stability factors of technology professionals, using SPSS17.0 do exploratory factor analysis and correlation model was constructed, using Amos17.0 be verified, to further explore the affecting relationship between the factors and work stability,the difference among the factors on demographic variables and so on.Though the questionnaire’s integrated processing,ultimately selecting the 29 factors, grouped into seven factors and its name were:leadership qualities and management, talent development and management environment, work nature and development,social security environment, family factors, community development level, macro-management policies. Amos17.0 verifies the rationality of the talents stability factor model.Leadership qualities and management, work nature and development, family facts and job stability was significantly positively the affecting relationship,and the influence of work nature and development is the largest.It indicates the technology professionals more emphasis on working autonomy,challenge and career development.At the same time,for different education and age talents, leadership qualities and management,work nature and development, family factors and job stability exists the significant differences.As the core of human resources,technology professionals is a real power and determinants of state-owned enterprises, but also the source of sustainable development to promote regional economic.to maintain the stability of technology professionals will help to stop or prevent the brain drain of state-owned enterprises, optimize personnel. Little research on the stability of talent,scholars research it more from the unstable perspective, such as employee turnover, brain drain, mobility, etc.,but this paper explores the stability of the existing technology professionals in state-owned enterprise from the initiative perspective,analyzes the influencing factors.Through the above analysis, this paper presents the policy recommendations from the perspective of technology professionals’ stability factors, provides a theoretical basis for improving the stability of technology professionals.
