The 21 st century is an era of information. Along with the continuous renewal and replacement of all kinds of mobile devices, wireless network popularity, and the trend of online learning, the lifeway of human encounters a great change, and while learning style has been changed. The time of people is fragmented, therefore, all kinds of the fragmentation of learning are proposed. Flipped learning and microlecture as the new favorite of current education reform are introduced, and they are not only the digital learning resources, but also the innovation of thought. Microlecture by virtue of tiny, flexible and convenient features is not only meeting the needs of the rapid access to knowledge, but also better catering to the learners’ study demand,which has brought new thought for the present curriculum reform development.In this study, we organize a large number of literatuies and investigate partial chemstry teachers of middle school for understanding of flipped learning and microlecture. The design and production of microlecture are choosed as the study main line, with classroom teaching mode as instances, and constructivism learning method, blended learning are used as thooretical support, and study the problem and solving strategy of teaches for the design and production of microlecture. We will produce the relevant microlecture video and applied to teaching, and they are as teaching methods, which provide intuitive, real-time teaching materials, for first-line teachers learning and imitating micro lessons provide more multi-angle materials. The lecture helps teachers to solve in the design and production of microlecture problems encountered in the process, and promote more education workers to produce more excellent works of micro lesson, and eventually help to promote and implementate of flipped learning for primary and secondary schools in our country.
