Study On Development Situation And Countermeasure Of Commercial Sports Clubs In Taiyuan

Nowadays, with the rapid development of economic, a variety of fitness clubs continue to emerge throughout the country. Commercial health clubs appear onto the market in a new form and the trend of the development of its unique superiority is adored by the general public. It is in this environment, Taiyuan commercial fitness club is also growing. Therefore, to promote the development of the fitness industry in Taiyuan, meet consumers’ demand, healthy and happy work life, it is of great significance to study the evolution of Taiyuan commercial fitness club.In this paper, we investigated Taiyuan commercial health club and interviewed 15 managers, 150 trainers and 1500 consumers in the 15 typical fitness clubs of Taiyuan. Based on the surveys and studies of the development of Taiyuan commercial health club, we conducted a study paper by using literature method, fieldwork method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method and interview method. The results of the study are as follows:1. The business scale of Taiyuan commercial fitness clubs generally focus on the small and medium sized health clubs whose investment amount is 1 million RMB or less and construction area are about 2000 square meters. Club management projects gradually converge. The service object is single and centralized, and the structural mechanisms used are broadly consistent.2. The development layout of Taiyuan commercial health club is uneven and the limitations of market development are larger. Relevant departments should make the relevant regulation to stable club development and adjust the development layout of the club.3. In Taiyuan commercial fitness club, operators generally tend to be younger and have higher education levels. But those who are good at sports and managing are less and they are lack of work experience and innovation on management concepts.4. The coach wage level is not high in Taiyuan commercial fitness club, resulting in the turnover of excellent fitness coach. Clubs have a certain standard of qualification for fitness instructor, but not very high.5. The educational level of consumer is relatively high in Taiyuan commercial health club. Consumers’ motivation is more concentrated and they have a stronger sense of fitness. They participate in fitness more scientifically and reasonably and have a certain fitness habits.
