In recent years,as the country's investment in education has increased,the number and the total value of equipment has continuously risen.As an important embodiment of scientific research and comprehensive strength of universities,large-scale instruments and equipment at university can provide the necessary material basis for personnel training and scientific research.At present,the use of large-scale equipment at university has encountered many problems,such as lack of professional talents.insufficient equipment procurement argumentation,low equipment sharing,repeated purchases,and low equipment utilization rate.Therefore,in order to solve the existing problems,it is necessary to construct a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system for large-scale instruments and equipment at universities.At first,this paper introduces the background of performance evaluation for large-scale equipment,and combines with the latest research results of large-scale equipment performance evaluation at home and abroad to define the concept of large-scale equipment performance evaluation and introduce relevant theories.Firstly,using the expert consultation method to select and determine the evaluation index of the performance evaluation system from the perspective of balanced scorecard.Secondly,using the hierarchical method to determine the weight of the index to form the final evaluation index system.Finally,using this evaluation system combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the performance of S University's large-scale instruments and equipment,and put forward countermeasures to improve the performance level of large equipment.The thesis consists of six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background and research content of this paper,and summarizes relevant literatures at home and abroad to find out the shortcomings of current research.The second chapter is a theoretical review.which mainly defines related concepts and introduces the relevant theories of large-scale equipment performance evaluation at universities,and analyzes the feasibility of applying balanced scorecards to the performance evaluation of large-scale equipment at universities.The third chapter is the establishment of large-scale equipment performance evaluation system,which determines the evaluation index from the perspective of balanced scorecard,and uses Delphi method to select the indicators,and then uses the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the performance evaluation index evaluation system for the type of equipment.The fourth chapter combines the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with the proposed performance evaluation index system to evaluate the overall performance of S University's large-scale instrument and equipment performance and finds out the shortcomings in equipment management,and proposes corresponding improvement measures.The fifth chapter is the summary of the paper,which point out innovation points and the shortcomings of the research.
