To actively adapt to quality education and new curriculum reform trend of middle school puts forward new demands on teachers’ teaching oral English language classroom teaching. The use of spoken language teacher classroom teaching restricts the students’ classroom learning effects and teachers’ teaching quality; Affects the students’ healthy personality and the teachers and students thinking development; Affects the harmonious relationship between teachers and students and communication. Article mainly studies on education, teaching, language, psychology related theory, using the method of combining the analysis and investigation, analysis of middle school Chinese teachers’ classroom teaching spoken English.The basic framework of the article consists of five parts.The first part is introduction, introduces the necessity of the language teacher spoken English classroom teaching, the research status and research significance.The second part, this paper summarizes the spoken language teachers’ classroom teaching concept, basic characteristics and basic requirements.The third part, discusses the language teacher classroom teaching spoken English the theoretical basis about linguistics, pedagogy, psychology and teaching theory, and illustrates the research on middle school Chinese teachers can promote classroom teaching oral English classroom effective teaching, casting the students good character, improve the teachers and students thinking ability and improve the relationship between teachers and students practical value.The fourth part, using questionnaire survey, the current situation of oral English classroom teaching of middle school Chinese teachers to carry out the investigation and analysis, points out the problem, to explore the root cause.The fifth part, the middle school language teacher under the new curriculum concept oral English classroom teaching has carried on the strategic thinking. First, to construct the language teacher spoken English classroom teaching, from the perspective of classroom oral communication changes six aspects are discussed in this paper; Secondly, from the pronunciation, intonation, speed, meaning, tone, and pragmatic goals temper the six aspects of the language teacher; Finally, put forward the ascension three approaches, spoken language teachers’ classroom teaching to strengthen oral English training, pay attention to the accumulation of knowledge, pay attention to personal growth.
