The society of information keeps developing rapidly while the mordern life becomes highly efficient and fast-paced,oral communication has played a more and more important role in people's daily life and becomes the one of the most convenient and most important tools. High School Language Curriculum Standard(experimental) also clearly states :good oral intercommunication skills are necessary to raise the overall quality of students to meet the needs of the times and society. However,the current state of high schools' Chiense teaching of oral intercommunication is not optimistic. For various reasons,speech training did not receive due attention and people 's understanding of high schools' Chiense teaching of oral intercommunication still is not complete. In order to solve the problems,first,the paper gives an analysis to the related concepts of oral communicational teaching and defines them. Then,based on relevant thories of teaching writing,to combine valuable and new teaching ideas at home and abroad along with our own teaching experience, the paper gives an analysis to the problems exsiting in oral communicational teaching from teachers,students,teaching materials,curriculum standards and teaching evaluation,and offers the corresponding strategy. Also,it tries to put forward their own ideas from the perspective of curriculum evaluation and construction of high school language training system of oral communication,hoping to explore a practical idea for oral communicational teaching and improve the oral communicational skills of the students and provides some reasonable understanding. At the same time,we hope that the research departments of education and educational policy-making departments can realise the practical significance of oral communicational course and organise proper human,material and financial resources for furthur research,to improve the current state and offer a better developing orientation for language teaching.
