Strengthen the construction of university sports teams in China in various forms, multi-channel, multi-level training talents of an important strategic initiatives. In the20years Universities of Jiangsu Province of high level of track and field teams, has made remarkable achievements, but we also clearly see, and achieved outstanding athletic performance of college athletes behind capacity-building, especially on this special groups in the implementation of the Humanistic Education is particularly prominent in the higher education reform.In this paper, we use literature, questionnaire, research methods and comparative law, conducted a survey of Jiangsu Province12college level track and field athletes humanistic quality education and research, identify and analyze problems, which proposed the development of countermeasures, and provide a reference for further improving the Humanistic Education in Universities of Jiangsu Province high-level athletes.From the survey of college level track and field athletes, Jiangsu Province on the knowledge dimension, attitudes toward, the dimension of behavior reflects, implementing Humanistic quality education in colleges and universities to help broaden their horizons, enlightened wisdom, help to improve the level of thinking of the high-level athletes, help them form a complete personality and shape the spiritual home. Look at the relationship of Humanistic quality education and science education, the former on the latter plays to make up for, supporting and guiding role.The survey results also showed that although the current high level athletes Humanistic quality education in the Universities of Jiangsu Province has been some attention, but there are still many problems,specific performance of:(1) The emphasis on professional skills education to the neglect of Humanistic quality education.(2) Humanistic quality education content is monotonous, the method is simple.The reason:First, pragmatism, impact on the full realization of the Humanities and the value of quality education.Second, the misunderstanding on the concept of university education impact on the effective implementation of the Humanistic Education.Third, the humanistic quality education college athletes’subjective consciousness is still relatively weakened, especially in the sense of participation, lack of learning.For the above problem, providing the following countermeasures:(1) Establish the comprehensive development of people-centered educational philosophy, positive steps to update the philosophy of education for university educators.(2) Accurate grasp of the essential attribute of higher education, clear training objectives, and indeed to improve the quality of teachers of humanities, combined with sports training and team actual Humanistic quality education, permeate Humanistic quality education into the professional and technical courses in colleges, combined with the practical teaching links to strengthen humanities education.(3) Actively carry out a variety of cultural activities on campus and strive to build the campus landscape.
