This paper is devoted to the study of the methods and influences of American NGOs approach to Rohingya problems. Since the 2012 Rahkine conflict, Many human rights groups had visited Myanmar site, to know the truth, and disclosed to the outside the Rohingya problems. These American non-governmental organizations,mainly concerned on the Rohingya human rights, also relates to the immigration and refugee problems.In the domestic America, the NGOs, and the media, think tanks invariably focus Rohingya problems. Due to the timing of intervention, attention focusing on the difference, this relationship shows not only the influence of human rights. Amplifying influence through Congress, which reflects the non governmental organization in the United States, tried to take the Rohingya issue to expand its influence, and by congressional criticism of the intervention of the federal government. The relationship between tthem showed more than human rights interests. These NGOs urged the Obama administration to request more positive in Rohingya problems, in order to puts it more important positions in Burma America policy. This reflects the American non-governmental organizations and government, differences on the Rohingya, so bilateral interaction in the Rohingya, reflecting beyond the field of human rights, and the impact of the effect of policy of the US government.
