Look around the world, human rights education that takes root among universities develops unprecedentedly. In china, the Chinese Government attaches great importance to human rights education increasingly. But it is not ideal for current situation of human rights education in Chinese universities. This article try to construct the human rights education system in universities of china, ensuring that human rights education can develops smoothly in universities. Developing human rights education in universities must generate a series of good chain reaction, and drive development of human rights education even in the entire society.The thesis consists of the preface, the main body with four parts and the concluding parts.In Chapter 1, through analyzing the special roles of undergraduates in contemporary society, the significance and necessity of human rights education are expounded in universities.In Chapter 2, describing overseas and domestic current situation of human rights education, and find out what caused the lack of undergraduates' human rights consciousness in china. Choose typical examples——Harvard University and Soochow University as objects of study in order to provide valuable experiences for reference.In Chapter 3, try to construct human rights education system in universities through rebuilding the universities' course system in micro-prospect and optimizing the whole social resources in macro-prospect.In Chapter 4, the author states her foresights about human rights education in universities in view of the above-mentioned research.
