Hongkong is an international metropolis which population composed of a number of different peoples from the world and her education demonstrates its varieties. Since 2004, the Hongkong government carried out a policy of confluent education, let the Non-Chinese speaking students got the “native education”. Those children could enter the main Hong Kong schools to get their free education, learning the same subjects, Chinese is one of them. Obstacles arising from the daily languages and some other factors, were more and more with the time passing by for the NCS, and learning in Chinese is an especially serious problem.
