Underachiever junior secondary education is a sensitive topic, especially in junior high school physics underachiever very serious problem. Hezhang County double Tsubosato nine-year schools, is a representative of the rural schools, junior high school for the study of the physical causes of poor students and transition strategies representative of significance.Physical underachiever research for improving the school’s reputation, harmonious teacher-student relationship, to build a harmonious and stable family has a positive meaning. Said the poor academic underachiever phenomenon that can be transformed from a phenomenon underachiever interest in learning, motivation and learning internationally. Our scholars and classroom teachers from the disciplines of personality, psychological perspectives and moral education of students starting to make attribution and transformation of underachievers.From a practical point of view of physical education, physical education model can be divided into autonomous learning model, discuss learning mode and inquiry-based learning model. By Hezhang County double Tsubosato nine-school research and found that physical honors and underachievers interest in learning, motivation, differences on teacher evaluation, sharply saw the lack of physical underachiever. By analyzing these shortcomings, the author from both theoretical and practical perspectives to analyze the physical underachiever change strategy.
