The clinical medicine major students are the future medical workers, they will carry the sacred mission of saving lives, their professional ethics level not only related to people’s life and health but also influence the social stability and national unity directly and indirectly through doctor-patient relationship, a barometer of medical workers’ professional ethics level, in frontier minority areas such as Xinjiang. The period of clinical practice is an intermediate and transition from students to doctors; it is also the most important period of moral practice for their professional ethics training. Therefore, it is extraordinary to conduct the first empirical research on the professional ethics training for the medical interns.Guided by the Marxism, this thesis began with the professional ethics training of the medical interns, used the methods from psychology and ideological and political education, detailed described the important meaning of medical intern’s moral education for the medical students themselves as well as the society. The social learning theory, proposed by Bandura, an educationalist and psychologist, is the main supporting theory of this research. After a detailed analysis of the deficiencies existed in the professional ethics training for the medical interns and the reasons, this thesis has proposed a series of relevant strategies from a view of ideological and political education.There are five parts in this thesis, the first part is an introduction, which mainly introduced the meaning, background, content and methods of this research. The second part is an outline, which mainly defined the conception of morality, professional ethics, medical professional ethics and the professional ethics training in the order of their inner logical relation and pointed out the importance and particularity of the professional ethics education for the medical students. In the third part, it mainly elaborated the meaning of the moral training of the medical interns from personal, social and national three levels. In the fourth part, the empirical research results have been given. The researcher has investigated 799 students from two universities with both questionnaires and interview. The researcher used SPSS19.0 to analysis the correlations of the influence factors of medical interns’ moral training, respectively did the attribution analysis of the inner factors(students’ subjective factors) and the outer factors(social environmental factors and the hospital environmental factors), with the A-MOS, a three elements interaction model has been proposed, it explained the existing problems and the reasons. The suggestions and the strategies have been given in the fifth part. A series of strategies are proposed from three aspects of improving the subjective insight, purifying the social environment and enhancing the practice environment mainly based on the basic principles of ideological and political education and Bandura’s social learning theory.
