Research On Medical Undergraduates Doctor-patient Communication In Present Situation And Countermeasures

Purpose: As an important way to establish a productive relationship bwtween doctors and patients,doctor-patient communication is an effective pattern to relieve the tension between doctors and patients.Medical institutions and medical education have attached great importance to it.Establishing a good relationship between doctors and patients is not only the wishes of both doctors and patients,but also a common requirement of medical service and medical management.Medical undergraduates should grasp the ability of doctor-patient communication,and it is of great significance for medical undergraduates to improve the ability of communication between doctors and patients.Methods: This paper first discusses the background and significance of the research,the great significance of doctor-patient relationship and medical students with the ability of doctor-patient communication,selection of scale,the present situation of the doctor-patient communication skills of medical undergraduates in China evaluation,put forward countermeasures to solve the problem.Literature material method: through the collection of domestic and foreign related research on the doctor-patient communication,training and other aspects of the literature,sorting out the summary and descriptive analysis.From the basic theory of knowledge as a starting point and bring together the relevant aspects of content;moreover,the use of data sources for the database of the two analysis.Questionnaire survey method: through the investigation of the object of the SEGUE questionnaire on the spot observation and evaluation,master the communication ability of medical students.Statistical analysis: throughthe establishmentof EXCEL2007 database,the application of data entry software package(SPSS22.0),using Pearson correlation analysis,reliability test.Conclusion: 1)Communication ability of medical students in China needs to be improved.2)Clinical practice is meaningful to improve the doctor-patient communication skills.3)Grade,gender,students,students of Arts and Science students have different communication skills.It can be differentiated training in the process of improving the doctor-patient communication skills.4)To enhance the professional identity is of great significance to improve the doctor-patient communication ability,so as to promote the communication between doctors and patients.5)The cultivation of doctor-patient communication ability should be integrated into the whole process of medical education.
