High school is a critical period of growth for everyone, is an important period of their life, values formation, at this stage whether the good development that will affect their lives. Since high school at puberty, development physiology into the second stage of rapid development, the main ambivalence development is self-identity and role confusion, the special nature of physical and mental development of high school students can easily lead to mental health problems. Coupled with fierce competition in today’s high school students have to learn to face the tedious campus life, interpersonal conflict, which can easily lead to their mental health problems. So the study of high school students mental health problems will have a very important significance.Extracurricular time allocation can achieve a good or bad person can neglect a person. So, even though the main task of high school students are learning, but rationalization and richness of extracurricular time can effectively improve the individual’s physical and mental pleasure, reduced occurrence of depression, thus promoting the development of good mental health. Meanwhile, the high school students to participate in extra-curricular activities during the companionship of others and whether there can derive a sense of warmth and joy, it is another major factor affecting their mental health. Extracurricular activities time allocation process, in the case of others, accompanied, it will better promote the development of individual physical and mental. Thus, the present study was to investigate high school students spend extra time allocated for high school students and others an important influence mental health.Study on random sampling method, select a middle school in Taiyuan of high school, a total of 364 grade three students as research subjects, using questionnaires to investigate the present status of high school students. The survey compiled by the choice of Professor Wang Jisheng "Mental Health Scale", "National Youth Development Survey (self-assessmentquestionnaire) in 2009" in the "extra time over the past year" questionnaire as a research tool. Using correlation, regression analysis, statistical tools for analysis. Investigation school students’ mental health problems, extracurricular time allocation, the status quo accompanied by others, and the relationship between the three. And reached the following conclusions:1. The existence of different grades of high school students significantly different mental health problems, and psychological problems of high grade was significantly higher than the sophomore year, third year; the lowest mental health problems senior grade.2. Accompany the companion to accompany their parents to accompany others there are significant differences, and companion to accompany parents to be significantly higher than the company.3. The extra time allocation (in sedentary leisure activities class time, the body sports and leisure time activities, hobbies class activity time), and others accompany school students’ mental health problems were significantly correlated.4. By regression analysis, sedentary type of leisure time activities for school students’ mental health problems have had positive effects; and physical sports and leisure time activities, hobbies class activity time for high school students with significant mental health problems negatively predicted; others accompany mental health issues for high school students have a significant negative effect on the prediction.5. The allocation of extra time in sedentary leisure activities class time and others accompany the interaction of physical sports and leisure activities and others spend time interaction, hobbies and others spend time in activities of interaction on school students’ mental health problems have significant predictive role. Others spend extra time allocated for high school students affect their mental health problems have a significant regulatory role.
