Senior high school proficiency exam is a national exam implemented under the guidance of the Education Ministry organized by the provincial education administrative department. It is based on the implementation of National High School Curriculum of summative exam, aims to fully reflect the senior high school students’ academic level that they have achieved in all courses. With the deepening reform of quality-oriented education, standard schooling, and university-entrance exam, the high school proficiency exam has been more and more valued, and it has been taken as important reference in many provinces’ university adopting.This paper takes the high school mathematical idea after curriculum reform as the background, and it analyzes the standard of senior high school mathematical curriculum standard. It takes the high school proficiency exam of Shandong Province in recent 3 years as the target. Based on documentary method, questionnaire, and some other study approaches, this paper is to study the exam papers from 3 aspects such as knowledge, competence, and emotion. The knowledge has been examined thoroughly and generally. The examined part mainly focuses on the common knowledge, the range of questions is from 1 to 5, without any reference to the selected content, this suits the syllabus of facing all the students, and it is fair to set such questions. It has been discovered that the exam papers keep the feature of being scientific and strict, the mathematical notes and tables are standard and clear, the questions are easy and precise, the reference answers and marking details are set reasonable and exact. After the regression analysis of average mark and question difficulty, it’s easy to discover that the mark is lack of difference though the exams are of different difficulty levels. The difficulty of the problem-solving part has decreased annually.It is assumed that the exam pattern is to be changed very little, the objective questions, the blank filling part, and the problem-solving explanations are to be important because they examine students’ mathematical thinking and calculation ability. Being with both subject and core features, it checks both the senior high school’s basic knowledge and the essence of mathematics. Senior high school mathematical teaching is not just for students to learn basic knowledge, but the mathematical solving ability, data-handling ability, space imagination, abstract thinking, and reasoning ability. Students can master the most common exam points in the proficiency test. This paper predicts and summarizes the exam tendency of the university entrance exam in future, and it is good to improve exam paper’s quality, provide important source for educational policies, and it helps to realize the fairness...
