As the important part of the basic education curriculum reform, theacademic level test of senior middle school students in Shanghaistarted in2011. It was12years since Shanghai ordinary high schoolgraduation examination was canceled.The purpose of this paper is try to change the strategy of effectiveteaching in senior middle school biology, which invalid or inefficient inthe teaching process because of no uniform standards of supervisionand examination for a long period of time. If we can properly dealingwith the relationship between examination and the development ofstudents, we will increase the efficiency while reduce the burden.The research adopts various kinds of methods such as questionnaire,expert interview of teachers, research relevant information and dataand so on. The paper tries to purposefully raise the strategy ofeffective teaching in senior middle school biology, by analysising thereason of invalid or inefficient in the biological teaching under thespecial historical background. The strategy consists of four parts:teaching materials, the analysising of students, teaching preparation,exercise. And it can be divided into the strategies of constructing theknowledge system of student, analyzing the student learning, theeffectiveness of teaching method and exercises after class. And thereare some specifically analysis of strategies and teaching cases in thispaper. Though these ways, it can make the strategies morepertinence and maneuverability.In order to improve the strategy of effective teaching in seniormiddle school biology, I analysises the four effective teaching strategies,affecting factors, which may occur, and combinates with my ownteaching experience. And raise some advice of improvement andexploration.
