Self-management of technical school is an process, in which technical school students manage their cognitive and action strategy to cope with their mental and action problems, in order to achieve their aim successfully. Taking an investigation of students’ self-management in technical school is very important, which is not only helping us to understand the condition of self-management of these students, but also helping us to find the reason of low level of self-management. We take technical school students for studying, collect the date of self-evaluate and teacher-evaluate to studying the self-management of technical school students.The results show that,(1)there is an significant difference in learning behavior self-management between male students and female students, p<0.05,which male students than female students; there are no difference on the dimensionality of self-management of technical school students;(2)there are no difference between singleton and non-singleton on self-management, p>0.05; which are happen on the condition of between leader of class and common students, and between students of country and students of city;(3)there is no difference between freshman, sophomore and senior students, there is an significant difference in learning time between foster style of democracy, indulge and autarchy, p<0.01, but there are no difference in other dimensionality between the three foster style, p>0.05;(4)there is no difference in the self- management dimension of stability of emotion between different rank of learn result, p>0.05; but there are significant difference on the other dimensions of self-management,p<0.01;(5)the result of teacher-evaluate in summarizing-evaluate is, mean-vale of self-cognitive is 5.55, mean-vale of self-programming is 2.38, mean-value of self-regulating is 2.58, mean-vale of total marks is 13.25;(6)there are significant difference on the learning behavior, learning time and the total marks of learning self-management between self-evaluate and teacher evaluate, the marks of self-evaluate is significantly higher than teacher-evaluate; in the dimension of learning behavior self-management, the mean-value of teacher-evaluate is 15.03, the mean-value of self-evaluate is 18.90, p<0.01; in the dimension of daily behavior self-management, the mean-value of teacher-evaluate is 16.58, the mean-value of self-evaluate is 22.03, p<0.01; in the dimension of the total marks of behavior self-management, the mean-value of teacher-evaluate is 31.61, the mean-value of self-evaluate is 40.93, p<0.01.
