As an important constituent part of national educational system, and also as the basis of basic education, preschool education has been of great importance in improving the compulsory education quality and the populace’s cultivation. Preschool education’s development cannot materialize without preschool teachers, meanwhile the pedagogical education designed to cultivate teachers, determines the professional cultivation and quality of preschool teacher at a large extent. Being as a component of preschool teacher cultivation, dance teaching not only trains students’ vocational skills,but also improves students’ comprehensive quality. Dance teaching management is carried out through the scientific method. It requires the teachers to constantly improve and perfect their professional knowledge of dance while they are conducting teaching.Under the circumstances, the teaching management system also experiences the modernization reform. In order to promote the flourish of the nation’s preschool education dance teaching, the principle and method of it shall be positively reformed.By doing research on dance teaching status of vocational preschool education to discover the existing advantage and disadvantage and to make the analysis of reasons,and on basis of the social need of current preschool education to put forward pertinence suggestions, the article is aimed at providing referable teaching suggestions for dancing teachers to improve dance teaching levels, developing ideal preschool teachers, thereby to promote the whole preschool education and the harmonious development of whole society.The article is divided into five parts. The first part outlines the dance teaching status of vocational preschool education, and states the objectives of research and importance and necessary of the research on dance teaching managements in preschool education; and also explains the related concepts of dance teaching, etc. The second is the part of empirical study. This part tells research methods, research objects, research tools and research results. The article conducted a questionnaire survey with 220 preschool education teachers and students random elected from three secondary vocational schools, such as Weifang Preschool Education and Special Education School, and also with 100 kindergarten teachers random elected from Weifang kindergarten. The contents of investigation contain multiple aspects, like curriculumsetting for dance teaching, faculty, teaching method, teaching environment, and so on.The third part makes analysis for the research results of the second part. Based on the result, the fourth part respectively gives development strategies and suggestions for team construction, dance teaching content and curriculum setting, dance teaching environment and method, and the professional development of dancing teacher. The fifth part is conclusion.
