Research On Constructing And Evaluating The Norm Of Teaching Ability Of Physical Education Majors Specialized In Badminton

Evaluation of the teaching ability of physical education professional badminton training students is an imperative link in the process of teaching.It turns out to be definitely the requirement to promote quality education,to further the reform of physical education, and to improve the teaching quality of badminton,further carrying out various forms of activities in the field of badminton.This thesis utilize the literature material method, mathematical statistics method, specialists interview method, Delphi method.Professional badminton evaluation system is supposed to effectively construct.It can evaluate teaching process and quality and aim for providing some theoretical basis for badminton teaching and evaluation, meanwhile, also a theoretical reference for other courses of teaching modes in physical training.Results of ResearchProfessional badminton evaluation system consists of three levels of indicators: including 5 the first level indicators,19 the second level indicators,59 the third level indicators. Indicators of all levels are mutually supported and connected, constituting a complete evaluation system altogether,which can fully reflect the teaching effects.The data showed in the evaluation system, teaching ability plays a key role in process and takes up the largest proportion. So compared with other indexes, it seems to be more essential. The badminton tactics and the ability to apply them into practice play the second part in the practical application.Of the three level indicators in badminton teaching ability, there exist the ability to interpret as for technical movements, the decomposition to present and complete model to demonstrate.In addition,timely finding errors, the ability to correct the error movements and assistance must be paid much attention.
