| With the advancement of educational reform,the state pays more and more attention to "educational equity",and the Party and the government put forward policies such as "concernforing special education","supporting special education" and "strengthening the work of physical education for the disabled",and for students in special education schools,the important link of compensation for physical defects and physical rehabilitation lies in the strict implementation of physical education work in special education schools.The implementation of physical education in special education schools is not only the requirement of training special students to quality education,but also the requirement of implementing the national education policy,and also an important index to measure a country's educational equity(special education)and social civilization.In recent years,the steady development of physical education in special education schools has been slightly inadequate,mainly due to the lack of evaluation index system and evaluation standards of the characteristics of special school physical education work,which hinders the development of physical education work in special education schools,resulting in the physical health of students and social adaptability cannot be effectively improved.Therefore,the construction of a special education school in line with the special nature of physical education work evaluation system,not only conducive to the special education school sports work evaluation and access to effective feedback information,but also conducive to the special education school sports work system scientific development,and then further promote the comprehensive development of special education school sports work.Based on the in-depth study and field investigation of the relevant information on the evaluation of physical education in special education schools in Henan Province,this paper consults the opinions of experts and scholars in related fields,and summarizes the relevant research on the evaluation of physical education in special education schools.Through field research,it is understood that the current lack of physical education evaluation system in special education schools in Henan Province,in order to further strengthen the physical education work of special education schools in Henan Province,play the role of evaluation incentive and supervision,and effectively improve the physical quality of special students and social adaptability.In the national policy guidance and related evaluation theory as the basis of research,learn from the general school sports work evaluation index system,through repeated consultation of expert opinions to modify,to develop a special education school sports work evaluation index system.On the basis of the investigation and consultation of relevant experts,four first-level indicators of organizational management,education and teaching,condition protection and students' physical health were constructed,including organization,management documents,physical education curriculum,classroom teaching,extra-curricular sports activities,physical education training and competition,physical education teachers,sports funds,physical education teaching facilities,student development status and student physical fitness monitoring 11 secondary indicators and 46 three-level indicators.On the basis of the analysis of expert questionnaire data,the weight of the index at all levels is calculated by using the hierarchical analysis method,and the final weight is obtained by the general ranking of the weight of the hierarchical analysis method,which finally forms the system of evaluation index of sports work in special education schools in Henan Province,and the establishment of the scientific,objective and accurate index system is used to further improve the level of physical education work in special education schools in the future. |
