Humanity quality education is a significant theoretical and practical problem in the current innovation of quality education development in China. To promote students’ humanistic quality by humanity quality education is the natural reflection of school management in higher vocational colleges.With the rapid development of society and the drastic market competition, the employers put forward more comprehensive and higher requirements for higher vocational graduates, thus implementing humanity quality education is becoming an important element in vocational education.Humanity quality education is teaching the students humanity knowledge from students characteristics and talent training goal through campus environment edification, all kinds of social practice and exercise, it combines specialty skills education to promote students’ moral level, cultural connotation, psychological quality, Aesthetic temperament and Innovation consciousness, it promotes students’ autonomous learning, inter-communication, language competence and unity cooperation ability, which can make the students’ comprehensive quality become developable, comprehensive andcreative.The implementation and the effect of humanity quality education in higher vocational colleges in China have played important role in cultivating their students’ quality. This thesis studied the origin, development connotation and Characteristics by referring to relevant data, it compared the situation of humanity quality education home and abroad,combined the business and trade specialty’s talent training object, professional course, economic activities and the whole practitioners’ character and their sustainable development under the current society situation. It analyzed the necessity of implementing humanity education in higher vocational colleges. It took the Business and Trade department in Yueyang Vocational and Technical College as an example, which found out a series of problems in implementing humanity quality education’s framework, curriculum, implementation process,trend, effect and assessment scheme such as the lack of comformity, systematicness, implememtation of humanity quality curriculum, so as to reach the countermeasures of perfecting humanity quality education, such as further perfecting the policy and system, constructing course system,strengthening the construction of teaching staff, attachingimportance to the influence of the environment construction,perfecting the evaluation system.
