Problem-solving teaching is an important part of high school mathematics teaching. S olving problems is an important practice for students to learn mathematics. However, when the problem is short of reflection on this link, the effect will be greatly reduced. Teachers want to guide students to carry on reconsidering problem-solving reflection thus being a ha bit beneficial to their whole life. In an effort to make it, the teachers must first own reflecti on consciousness and reflective behavior, influencing and guiding students in a proper way. With this aim, the teachers shoulder heavy responsibilities and will do their best to make more advances. This paper mainly uses qualitative research methods, including literature research, que stionnaire survey and case analysis. Through the literature review and data collection, the a uthor combs the relevant reflection, reflective teaching, reflective learning theory and resea rch, and existing research results on solving problems. On the basis of this, the author also has a face to face communication with ten teachers in the Huairen high school of Jiangsu p rovince and starts a questionnaire survey about nearly six hundred students, thus understan ding the current situation of problem-solving reflection as to high school teachers and the p ractice of problem-solving reflection as to high school students.Based on these contents and combined with the author’s teaching practice and researc h, the author thinks that the teachers should guide students to reflect on the problem solvin g and should abide by the following rules:(1) Make the students understand the significance of the reflection of solving mathem atics problems. The reflection of solving problems is helpful to the construction of students’ knowledge system, the understanding of the method of thinking, the training of thinking q uality, the cultivation of innovative consciousness, interest and confidence in solving probl ems, and the formation of lifelong habit.(2) Let the students pay attention to the content of mathematics problem solving. The students can reflect on these aspects: the knowledge points and the methods of thinking, th e thinking process of solving problems, a variety of solutions to a problem, a solution to th e problem and the promotion of the problem and the conclusion of the problem.(3) Let the students develop the habit of the reflection when solving the problems of m athematics. In the classroom, teachers should reflect on the problem solving, organize the s tudents in the classroom to reflect on themselves, guide students to use Polya’s cue languag e to carry out the self implication, and check feedback homework regularly.
