With the reform and development of mathematics education, the cultivation of the mathematics thinking quality has become an important part of mathematics education. High school is a key period of training students’mathematical thinking quality, through the reflection to solve the problem, cultivate students’mathematical thinking quality, make the students’independent learning, arouse the students’enthusiasm and creativity, learning mathematics and mathematical ability has been developed very well.Use other research and problem solving reflection, on the basis of mathematical thinking quality, in this paper, the mathematical problem solving reflection, mathematical thinking and mathematical thinking quality concept is demonstrated. Meanwhile, the paper points out the Bruner’s constructivism theory and Meta-cognitive theory.On the basis of existing research, through the problem solving reflection of questionnaire survey and mathematical thinking in terms of quality tests, using SPSS software analysis about the relationship between the mathematics thinking quality and reflection. The differences of high school students’ problem solving reflects extensity, and the differences between the students in Senior One and Two thinking, critical, profundity, flexibility are obvious. Problem solving reflects the cultivation of mathematics thinking quality. Then based on the reflection on mathematical problem solving method, the answer after reflection on mathematical problem solving, the whole process of reflection on mathematical problem solving, reflect on math teaching methods such as objective conditions and conclusion to cultivate the students’ mathematical thinking quality. The last one year’s teaching experimental research shows that strengthening the problem solving reflection, can effectively improve the quality of students’thinking, the students’ academic performance and learning ability.
