[Morality should be run first] moral education is Indispensable for primary school students. Chinese Communist Party, always regard it as fundamental role. They represent Chinese people, serve Chinese people, cultivate students’ universal capabilities, and strive to educate well-qualified decedents and satisfy the whole nation.Nowadays, we renovate fundamental education system and make a lot of progress which quite suit our market economy development, especially on term of moral one. however, we should be aware of the tough situation we are still facing. We find in harmony here and there in our society. Egoism, ill manners can be seen everywhere. All of these may do great harm to our children.therefore, we need improve and strengthen moral education to students. As for morality, we teach students not only basic knowledge, but also daily life behaviors. We penetrate it into their study of textbooks, their training of body, as well as their creation of drawing. In mainland, we manage to cultivate students’ great passion towards our nation, our people, our society, science, labor work and Communism. We develop our students to know wrong and good and to help others.China has a long tradition to education students morality and humanity. Since 2001, we have published the 8th edition of fundamental courses. We worked out our new moral textbooks[morality and life],[morality and society] which better students’ understanding about morality. Admittedly, we do far less. Taking Singapore as a good example, it carries five-theme education-individuality, connection between self and home, relation between one and school, loyalty to nation-which shows good effect and worthwhile for us learning. The paper make a deep comparison between China and Singapore in term of goal, content, design and execution of morality education. We realize that in spite of abundant differences like political systems, we still share many similarity with Singarpore, thus we believe, their successful experiences of moral education may push our renovation of it to far.
