The most important problem facing the development of the secondary vocational school is the students’ employment. The secondary vocational school needs to think about how to improve the quality of the graduates’ employment and the competitiveness of the employment. In order to make the students better adapt to the job and develop the skilled talents, the secondary vocational school must carry out the curriculum and teaching design in order to adjust the curriculum contents, reform the teaching method, and further close to the actual employment requirements of enterprises. Improve the quality of talents, meet enterprises’ requirements, and bring up real high-quality skilled talents, so that we can improve the employment quality of secondary vocational school graduates.Through the understanding of the intelligent characteristics of the mechanical majored students in the secondary vocational school, a comprehensive analysis is made on the structure and teaching implementation of the mechanical drawing course, we think the curriculum structure of "mechanical drawing" in the secondary vocational schools should be developed from disciplinarity and systematicness in the direction of practicalness and engineering. The teaching process should be developed from unipolarity of teacher towarding student to the activity-oriented and bidirectional between teacher and student. This research takes "project design" as the breakthrough point, and carries on the selection, organization and arrangement of the course content of "mechanical drawing", construct the curriculum of "project oriented", guided by the "action oriented" teaching concept, design the teaching process of "mechanical drawing" course and construct the teaching of "action".This thesis is divided into six chapters: PART One Introduction, describes the background, significance, purpose, content and method of the research, defines the related concepts, and reviews the current situation of the research domestic and overseas. PART Two The mechanical drawing course and cultivation of the skilled talents in Vocational School, this paper expounds and analyzes the connotation, orientation and training standards of the cultivation of the talents in the vocational school, which indicates that the characteristics of the personnel training is influenced by the mechanical drawing course of the secondary vocational school. PART Three Analysis on the present situation and problems of the teaching of mechanical drawing in secondary vocational schools, the students and teachers were sampled and investigated. Through the analysis of the present situation of "teaching" and "learning" in the teaching of "mechanical drawing" in the secondary vocational school, the factors affecting the teaching effect of the drawing course were put forward. PART Four Teaching design of "project and action oriented" in the course of "mechanical drawing" in secondary vocational schools, by means of the new teaching design, form up the ability to improve the teaching objectives, the teaching content of the project structure, action oriented teaching method, teaching organization in the form of groups, as well as comprehensive assessment of learning evaluation. PART Five The experimental research on the teaching reform of mechanical drawing course in secondary vocational schools, taking Xingtai modern vocational school as an example, this paper expounds the teaching design and teaching process of "project and action oriented" reform in the teaching of mechanical drawing course in vocational education. PART Six The reflection on the teaching reform of mechanical drawing course in secondary vocational schools, to reflect on the new teaching design, and point out the problems and limitations of "project and action oriented", and put forward the guarantee measures to realize the "project oriented" and "action" teaching of the mechanical drawing course.
