"Action-Oriented"concept first originated in Germany, and it makes a significant contribution to the development of vocational education in Germany, and it has been researched already twenty years. China is seeking for advanced guiding philosophy, meanwhile she develops vocational education. In the 21st century ,the new economy and social needs propose a new teaching objectives for the modern vocational education in Germany, including acquirement and improvement about operational capacity which is composed of professional ability and the capacity of a project. Action-oriented teaching can cultivate the ability of the two fields. This dissertation seeks to expound the teaching ideas of"Action-Oriented"on vocational education in Germany and discuss the action-oriented teaching method's significance to Chinese model and its inspiration.The dissertation collected much information and foreign material about"Action-oriented"and the dissertation analyzes first the basic concepts of teaching methods on vocational education in Germany and distinguishes the erroneous understanding zone that domestic scholar cognize the concept about, and further highly summarizes its development evolution, typical characteristic and theoretical foundation. On this basis, this paper introduces several basic teaching methods in Germany, and elaborates the basic content of each method and the process model and attention matters of operation, and so on. Afterwards, the paper further expands concrete utilization of teaching idea in Germany, and explores the special meaning on the field of vocational education through the case of professional expansion project of the old buildings demolition of the Promotion Association of the Construction Industry and career in Magdeburg in Germany. Finally, the article proposes certain enlightenment and suggestion for the revolution of teaching models of Chinese vocational education from the view of Chinese vocational education and instruction.
