With the rapid development of society, today’s society is generally pay close attention to the issue of population, resources and environment problems. Human beings, however, play the active role in the world. People’s quality decides the circulation of the three systems. High school geography teaching material is mainly about the natural geography, human geography, and regional geography. The main teaching task is to cultivate the students’ geographic literacy,especially the geography humanities cultivated manners.In the traditional geography teaching, the score is the lifeblood of the students. The scores is the goal of the students and teachers. But this kind of determinism only caring about scores violated the demands of geography new curriculum reform. New curriculum reform of geography education puts forward the demand that geographical education should focus on global issues, China’s reform and opening up and the important geographic problems of modernization; also the geography education need to promote the scientific spirit and humanistic spirit, cultivate the innovative consciousness and practical ability, and enhance the social sense of responsibility, strengthen the sustainable development concept under the coordination of population, social, resources, and environment. It is endowed with the mission of high school geography education in today’s society. This paper is put forward under the new curriculum reform to cultivate students geography humanities research according to some problems and confusions about how to develop students’ learning theories, awareness by geographical phenomenon and the environmental problems. This study pays attention to environmental protection in the geography humanities literacy cultivation and practice of real to attain the request of new curriculum reform, to practice, to promote environmental quality from the theory to the real action.This paper gives the background of the subject, from the practical problems, as the new curriculum reform, requirements and the responsibility of educators, based on which this paper talks about the necessity and urgency to improve high school geography humanities accomplishment. Secondly this paper analyzes the research status at home and abroad, and the research method is given. Combined with geographic literacy connotation, composition, types, the humanities, geography, humanities, and the meaning of environmental literacy, this paper lists the new standard for the requirements of the humanities, and the climate issue in the classroom as an example, studies the classroom concept, extracurricular social practice, and geography humanities to the performance of the three links that the geography theory, knowledge is the main position of infiltration class by class, the class meeting, the significant holiday concept of multi-channel many forms such as permeability, and improve geography theory accomplishment. For social practice part, social practice activities are mainly organized by the teachers in school moral education to improve the geography humanities cultivated manners.
