2012, the ministry of education promulgated "the guiding outline of mental health of primary school and junior middle school". It put ’training the Frustration endurance of junior middle school student’on very significant part. However, now we still didn’t find the right way.Objective:The study summarizes the internal and external research on frustration endurance to learn the characteristic of frustration endurance and the meaning. Finally, it will give some practical and reasonable proposals.Methods:This study has randomly selected 750 junior middle school students as subjects from six schools in Nanchang City. It uses a questionnaire to collect data. It makes full use of Excel and SPSS 17.0 to process data statistically.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) It finds that the general level of frustration endurance among junior middle school students is relatively low.(2) The girls’ scores are higher than boys’, there is no significant different in gender of frustration endurance among junior high school students. The only child’ score is significant higher than the others’. There is significant difference in different grades. The score of the second grade is lower than the first and the third. The students’ score from common family is significant higher than the students’ from parent family and recomposed family. The student’s who were raised by their parents have higher score than those who were raised by other relatives. These students coming from city hare better performance in the frustration endurance than others.(3) The interview verifies the results of a questionnaire survey; Schools give little attention on cultivating junior students’ frustration bear force; it provides a partial evidence for educational strategy of school and reason analysis.Countermeasures:In this article a review about previous research, this survey and some interviews for teachers, the author has given some advice suggestions on the training strategy of students’ frustration endurance which include cultivating students’ right concept of frustration, their good will quality and laying more stress on teachers’ pivotal figure.
