| With the progress of the times,developing students’ frustration endurance and enhancing students’ psychological quality have become the basic demands of quality education.The formation of frustration resistance of primary school students is of great significance for students’ overall development and adaptation to the future society.The "Guiding Outline for Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools" points out that it is necessary to "enhance students’ ability to control their psychology,cope with setbacks,and adapt to the environment." At the beginning of 2019,the revised draft of the compulsory education curriculum program requires students to "form positive psychological qualities and have the ability to resist setbacks." It can be seen that the national education department has also paid enough attention to the cultivation of students’ frustration tolerance.At present,few studies have involved the development of frustration resistance in primary school students.Based on this,this study discusses the current situation of the frustration resistance of the senior grade students in primary schools,aiming to supplement and enrich the relevant theories of the frustration resistance,and at the same time provide references and suggestions for improving the frustration resistance of the primary school students.Therefore,this research has relatively important theoretical and practical value.This research uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method,in-depth interview method to study the frustration resistance of senior grade students in primary schools.First,sort out and analyze the existing research results of frustration endurance,explore the connotation and composition of frustration endurance of upper grade primary school students,and provide a theoretical basis for the compilation of the questionnaire.Secondly,a self-compiled questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation of frustration endurance of 443 primary school students in grades 5and 6 in three schools in S District of Chongqing to understand the current situation of frustration endurance of upper grade students.Then,it combines theoretical research and interviews with teachers and students to analyze the reasons behind the problems in the endurance of frustration in the upper grades of primary school students.Finally,on this basis,suggestions are made to improve the frustration endurance level of upper grade primary school students.The results of this study are as follows:(1)The overall level of frustration resistance of senior grade primary school students is good,but the level of frustration will quality and action orientation is low.(2)There are significant differences in the frustration endurance of the upper grades of primary school students in whether they are the only child,whether they have experience with class leaders,and the educational level of their parents.(3)Through the investigation of the current situation of frustration endurance of the upper grades of primary school students,it is found that the frustration endurance of upper grades of primary school students has the following problems: the level of frustration will and action orientation of the upper grades of primary school students is low;the level of the will quality of boys needs to be improved;The frustration endurance level of students experienced by class leaders is low;the frustration endurance level of students who are not only children is low;the frustration endurance level of students with lower parental education levels is low;some upper-grade students in elementary school lack good frustration awareness.Especially the fifth grade students.(4)Through the analysis of the causes behind the problems with the endurance of the upper grades of primary school students,the strategies for improving the endurance of the upper grades of primary school students are proposed.The specifics are as follows: First,the students give full play to their subjective initiative and actively seek development;Second,schools play the role of the main position,focusing on frustration education;Third,the family to lay a solid foundation,boost the development of resistance to failure;Fourth,the society completes auxiliary,support setback education work to advance. |
