The Entrepreneurship Status Research And Countermeasures On Vocational College Students

The entrepreneurship has a positive meaning for the development of vocational college students and society. The study makes surveys on status of vocational college students and takes countermeasures based on the findings. The study can enrich researches in related fields and provide theoretical guidance for entrepreneurial practices.The study makes surveys on entrepreneurship status by questionnaires and interview surveys. The study finds that vocational students have some favorable factors in the entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurship of vocational college students gets support from the schools and the society. However, the survey also finds that there are shortcomings in the entrepreneurship. The level of entrepreneurial performance is low. The social experience of vocational college students is lack. Their level of business knowledge is low. The schools are lack of entrepreneurship education system. The society has prejudice against the entrepreneurship of vocational college students.According to the findings, this study proposes specific strategies to enhance the entrepreneurial capacity of vocational college students. The students can enhance professional skills, build a sound business system, participate in social practice and enhance their interpersonal skills. The schools should pay attention to the value of entrepreneurship, carry out practical activities and strengthen the entrepreneurial school-enterprise cooperation. Meanwhile, the schools have entrepreneurship education teachers, get support from social capital and conduct business knowledge education. These measures can do for guide of entrepreneurship of vocational college students. The society should provide support for vocational college students. At the same time, the social capital needs to support entrepreneurship of vocational college students.
