With the progress of the times and social development, special education has attracted more and more people’s attention, whether it is in theory or practice education, have made great progress. The music education, is also an essential course of special education schools.Special education and music education as two separate disciplines, in today’s rapid development, and special children music education is still in a state of relative edge, difficult, difficult. Rhythm, as deaf children only a music class, on the physical and mental development of deaf children has a pivotal role, but in the development still exist different aspects of the problem. This topic under the background of the development of special children music education. In view of the role and significance of rhythm teaching of music education for hearing-impaired children start investigation and research, find out the problems and reasons existing in the deaf school rhythm teaching, in order to promote the development of the music education for hearing-impaired children. Therefore, this topic research to enrich and perfect the theory of special education, development of special music education, an important theoretical and practical significance.Research mainly through the methods of questionnaire, interview, action research, teachers of special education institutions, students, schools and parents in the pulse current situation of education of data collection, and combined with the author’s own practice and sorting of related literature, standing on the height of theory combined with the actual lesson rhythm education present situation of deaf children to do comprehensive analysis research.There are five parts in this thesis.The first part is the theoretical basis for the preface of special music education, including the question proposed and related review, research methods, research ideas. In the second part, concept definition, including hearing-impaired children overview and hearing-impaired children’s psychological characteristics, rhythm is outlined and the rhythm teaching of hearing-impaired children music education role and significance. The third part action research and analysis by investigation and study of Shijiazhuang City hearing-impaired children rhythm class, from aspects of schools, teachers, parents and students themselves find problems, and from the deaf rhythm class teaching mode and the rhythm of the curriculum development and setting of law teaching. The fourth part is the suggestions of hearing-impaired children music education. The fifth part is the development and Prospect of hearing-impaired children music education.This paper is put forward under the background of the development of special children music education. Through investigation and research, and strive to the problems existed in the teaching of rhythm and music education for hearing-impaired children role and significance of the objective of the present to everyone, hope to engage in special music educators, especially rhythm class teachers to provide some materials for reference, in order to develop good education countermeasures to the development of special music education, make special music educators better work.
