A Research And Reflection Of The Working State Of Free Normal Graduates

Along with the rapid development of Chinese economy and education, a large number of Normal university graduates take office as teachers, among whom are music teachers. They have been working for more than 4 years, but their working state is a big issue worth discussing here. From the macro perspective, students can equally take music class in urban and rural areas because of the balanced distribution of free music normal graduates. From the micro perspective, however, it is meaningful to do research into the working state of free normal graduates, which is beneficial for their personal development and even the development of society. Such a substantial research of the working of some key music teachers in Middle High School can also provide a more perfect policy for the future of music education free normal students. Meanwhile, many articles about free normal students only focus on those related policies but leave alone the analysis of some detailed questions, which just takes a one-sided view of things. As a music teacher, I can carry out my research according to my own practice and experience to show the actual situation of first period free normal students.Huazhong Normal University School of music is a free normal college. I can provide the right information to make the alma mater and the other five normal colleges and universities more in-depth and to make us understood how we work and study after graduation. This is more convenient for the future of the music academy for this group of free music to learn the special education policy, the effective implementation of the basis and recommendations.
