The research shows: 1-the Letter-writers & visitors have the demand of material assistant, spiritual wellness and self-realization. Social workers should fully consider the visitors’demand and questions firstly when process social works intervention.2-The mode of rational emotive therapy and psychology-social could help the long-term complain visitors solve the psycho-emotional, body health, financial security and social segregation problems efficiently, help them recover family and social function. With the two modes,social workers could help the complain visitors realize material assistant and spiritual wellness, recover self confidence, regain the confidence of life. Besides, the writer also take analysis the result of social works intervene the PSCLV from individual and community sides. From the individual side, the questions can be solved peacefully, the complain visitors will have mental health, behavior rationality and develop the self ability. From the community side, it could be the regulator of social contradictions, the energizer of self-improvement and the booster of rational order, promoted the social harmony and stability, social integration and coordination and system construction and social progress.By the research, during the social works intervene PSCLV, social workers will act direct servant,indirect servant and combined servant in different stages and different problems.
