Social Work Practice In The Process Of Resolving Petition Letter Events

Under the new normal of economic development,China's social and economic structure has undergone profound changes.Many contradictions have been transferred to social activities.In the huge number of complaint reporting base,nearly 80%of the cases belong to the repeat complaint,because the time span is large,the causes are complex,and finally formed a protracted petition letter events,resolve the petition letter events has become the government at all levels must give priority to the work.This article embarks from the current have been the focus of the complaint,after a comprehensive analysis of the relevant research on the foreign citizen appeal processing system and the domestic social worker intervention petition work,according to the characteristics of the petition letter events,from the perspective of professional social workers,explain from the problems encountered by government departments at work,the advantages and feasibility of professional social workers involved in public voice system.The author during work in the J Province Complaints and Proposals Administration,access to different types of petition letter events,then select G city and Y town two petition letter events of social work practice,exploring the feasibility of social work participation in the public voice system,sharing the pressure of the petition department and the mode of intervention,and providing a basis for the positioning of petition workers.Through the summary of the intervention process of the two cases,it is concluded that social workers should constantly strengthen the construction of their own talent team in resolving events,establish an effective communication mechanism,pay attention to maintaining third-party positions,recognizing the importance of a phased assessment.The three working methods of social work have important guiding significance for the current practice of public voice system,its role is now recognized by the society.However,the types of accumulations that social work can intervene are still limited,If we can play an advantage in solving key problems in the field of letters and visits,we will certainly open a new path for the localization of disciplines.
