In recent years,with economic and social development,people's living standards continue to improve,the complaint reporting problems also will ensue.The current complex situation of our country's economy and society,determines the people's appeal as a form and way to claim their own requirements,maintain their own rights.Increase of rural mass incidents the handling of complaint reporting,besides rationality petition conditions,some petitioners people no longer satisfied with the current living conditions,but with a radical way petitions to the units at all levels,so as to achieve their own purposes.Complaint reporting problems directly affect China's economic and social transformation and development,how to through the right way to solve the problem of letters and visits to promote the development of the socialist harmonious society has become problems urgently to be solved.Therefore,has practical significance for rural complaint reporting issues to explore.This paper,by using the L M street in the village of a number of reporting and complaint reporting workers has carried out investigation and research.First of all,on the basis of the formation of the letters and visits people factors are: the land compensation and the segmentation problem,people's right to participate in the petition problems associated with suppressed,the result is not ideal for petition to find problems,low-income residents,etc.,and according to the social livelihood of the people question the importance of the study of social work intervention;Second,setting case of social work and community work involved in reporting scheme and concrete process;Finally,through the survey of population present situation and the handling of complaint reporting requirements and processing,the author thinks that social work into the rural complaint reporting is an inevitable result of social development.They want to pay more attention to by government and society,this gives the social work involved in handling the problem with the processing of a very good chance.Social work intervention in rural letter petition will be the future social development and an inevitable trend of reforming the system of state.For socialism country under the rule of law,the stability of the complaint reporting handling office directly affected the people's happy life,and the intervention of social work at the same time,satisfied with the balance between the government and the petitioners,it is a distributed engineering.On the base of the author's experiences in “street” office and the data derived from the interaction with petitioners,government workers,this paper analyzed the basic situation of thehandling of letter petition,thus it is concluded that social work intervention would be ideal in rural area.
