The Research Of College Teaching Management System From The Perspective Of Education Fairness

Teaching management system has an important position and role in the institutions of higher education. It has important implications for improving the quality of teaching, training high qualified specialists and running the teaching work of universities. The research of college teaching management system from the perspective of education fairness, in essence, is a research on fairness of teaching management system, which is an important part of equitable education system. In a study of teaching management system in which we found that the theory of education equity providing a unique perspective for researching the problems and solutions of teaching management system. So as to further clarify what an important role the fairness has been played in teaching management system of colleges and universities. Secondly, through the text analysis of a university teaching management system, concluded the phenomenon in the absence of fair and how it causes in such as school management system, assessment management system, the practice of teaching management system and management system of teachers.Finally, on the basis of proposed countermeasures based on the reform of teaching management system of education equity theory, that is first to establish a management ideal of "people-oriented", optimizing the roll management system; Establish diversified evaluation system, change the administrative idea to promote the teaching of freedom Advocate a standardized, rational, humane and innovative development for higher education management system, and to build a harmonious environment of college management.
