Health-preserving Sport is developed from the integration of ancient Chinese health preservation and body guidance. It forms part of essence of traditional Chinese culture after thousands of years of evolution and development. Its own gradually developed unique fitness method and theoretical system not only has played a great role in breeding the Chinese, but also improved the health of other countries’ all over the world since the early 18th century, which has contributed into the development of human civilization significantly. In order to further thrive the health-preserving Sport, continue its services for human’s health and longevity as well as students’ physique health, the most effective method is to establish the course of Health-preserving Sport in colleges and universities and has the feasibility, effectiveness and operability, therefore, it is quite necessary for the further study of its curriculum.Therefore, this research uses the methods of literature, questionnaires, interviews, statistics, logical analysis and other research methods to the health-preserving sport class curriculum evaluation and curriculum present situation of Tianjin Normal University, by the thorough analysis, finally found the following conclusions:1. Geared to the needs of different grade students of Tianjin Normal University opened a four-door health-preserving sport course classes, curriculum goal clear, reasonable types of courses and schedules, but the health-preserving sport course system is imperfect, embodied in the curriculum category only four door, and the name is not standard, optional the gender is strong, single content, the teaching material repeated serious, teaching environment, relatively simple, Course structure implementation does not reach the designated position, and the class number is relatively insufficient, the course of class cannot satisfy the needs of the students learning sports keeping in good health, is also insufficient to meet the needs of the central government to spread traditional culture.2. Lateral comparison of TianjinNormal University student to health-preserving sport class curriculum evaluation, the aspect of course name, structure, and teaching environment satisfaction is low, set unreasonable, in the aspect of curriculum objectives and curriculum types satisfaction is relatively high, set up the basic reasonable, on the content and schedules are generally satisfactory.3. Tianjin Normal University students’Health-preserving Sport Class Curriculum expectations is higher and higher, the thirst for knowledge is more and more clear, all common points to the health, the demand for health is becoming more and more big.4. Health-preserving Sport Class Curriculum has a broad development space, building of Tianjin Normal University sports health-preserving curriculum system is very necessary and feasible.Finally, put forward the further improvement of Tianjin Normal University health-preserving Sport class curriculum countermeasure and the suggestion of the health-preserving Sport class curriculum system construction of ordinary university.
