As the common implementation of new, how to learn, how to under the concept of curriculum to make the students to establish efficient as the study methods of many experts and scholars are scrambling for research topic. Curriculum, points out that only the reform of the student’s study way, in order to cause real reform. At present, more and more teachers of high school students autonomous learning will become the most effective way of learning. Therefore, the improvement of autonomous learning ability is one of the basic requirements of new lesson mark. In addition, the value of education lies in the comprehensive development of a person’s comprehensive quality. The cultivation of autonomous learning, the aim is not only improve the students’ academic performance, more important is to make a person can adapt to the rapid development of society. The future society, the huge amount of information, how to absorb the knowledge, the integration and utilization, requires people to have strong ability of autonomous learning.As a high school teacher, I deeply realized the importance of learning style. Traditional way of teaching and learning, teachers blindly to knowledge, students accept unconditionally. In this kind of teaching mode, teachers feel tired of teaching, students feel difficult, imparting of knowledge and even played a negative impact, so that the students in the exam-oriented education under the influence of hate learning, learning, and he doesn’t want to. If you want to change this situation, you have to change the relationship between teacher and student, change passive to active. Compared the classroom to the stage, the teacher is like a program’s director, and the leading role of students is performing.Combining with myself in high school teaching practice and experience, in the process of consulting relevant literature, clear the definition of autonomous learning. Through comparable high school grade and major work class survey and analysis on the status quo of the cultivation of students’ autonomous learning ability, to show that the major work class students than comparable goal setting, learning will, learning motivation, self-efficacy, learning strategies, self-reflection and evaluation and environmental factors showed a greater autonomy. In view of the situation of parallel class of autonomous learning, and puts forward eight steps teaching strategy, and set in the experimental classes of teaching research. Research data show that based on the teaching strategy, the implementation of the experimental class students’ learning habits, learning methods and learning achievements got improved obviously, and lays the foundation for their lifelong development.
