In the 21st century, education is facing many challenges, the implementation of quality education is imminent. New Curriculum requires people-oriented, promote the overall development of students, the student body position clear, leading to the concept of teachers, teaching methods have changed dramatically, but the language of instruction as an important means of teaching, but also need to follow the pace of education change. Secondary school teachers is the main force of the new curriculum, professional standards and quality of its impact on the depth and intensity of the new curriculum, but in reality, many teachers still bound by traditional ideas, personal explain the main teaching language used is also unpleasantness, lack of humor, the language used is not rigorous inaccurate, let alone inspire and guide, leading most of the students interested in studying, has been unable to improve academic performance, creativity and ability is not.
