The progress of science and technology makes the 3 d technology is becoming more and more widely applied in physics teaching. At present, most of the teachers often use lecturing teaching mode in physics teaching. So it leads to the students do not have the ability to solve the problem. In addition, a rigid model makes the students boring in class, thereby reducing the interest in learning. In order to change this situation we should adopt corresponding measures on the teaching mode,3 d animation teaching application is very important in physics. In current situation,domestic study on 3 d animation in the high school physics teaching is not mature. Both the quantity and quality in high school physics teaching are difficult to meet the needs of the reality.The paper analyzes the research status of domestic and foreign animation teaching, and 3D animation in teaching both at home and abroad application, find application in the middle school physics teaching is very small, so 3D animation scene in the application in the teaching of physics in senior high school has practical significance. The reference system and particle scattering experiment of the two specific teaching cases show, it was found that the 3D animation can greatly improve the students’interest in learning, improve classroom teaching effect In the questionnaire of middle school physics teachers, middle school physics teachers can make use of animation combined with teaching is not much to 3D animation is less and less, so in the middle school physics teaching,3D animation completely with great application potential.
