The importance of life education is self-evident, and even some people say that life education is the precondition of all education, life education has been carried out abroad for a long time, has formed a certain system, and the life education in our country is still in its infancy, only some developed provinces and municipalities to carry out the activities related to the life education, has obtained certain achievements, but still not popularized.The life education in our country has many problems to solve. One prominent is the issue of three aspects, people unclear understanding of the essence of life education, understanding of integrality and status quo of teenagers is not exact, the lack of relevant theoretical and practical research. I used the applications of these literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, class observation and other methods in what I teach high school in a small range of research.Through related literature review, the understanding to the connotation of life education, life education can be interpreted from three dimensions, the ultimate goal of life education is to achieve the maximum value of life. Through the questionnaire survey of students’ life view, I found that most of the students can realize the importance of life now, but in terms of resistance to stress students showed the problem of insufficient psychology to bear ability, investigate its reason is that students lack of strong faith, another student’s evolution, healthy body, the survival skills such as knowledge of shortcomings. Through to the high school biology teacher interview survey, found that high school biology teachers is less class hour, shift, the problem of teaching task, but less relevant research of theory and practice, these are the limiting factors of high school biology teachers to carry out life education.On the basis of these studies, I carried out in the class I taught in high school biology teaching practice of infiltration life education research. Practice research mainly from three aspects, namely, study in high school biology teaching infiltration education purpose, principles and ways of life, the way to study is the main direction. Four conclusions according to the result of practical study, first, infiltration life education in high school biology teaching is feasible and has a advantage; Second, permeability should be various, not only should pay attention to the knowledge, also should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ emotional quality; Third, infiltration should be combination of perceptual and rational, and pay attention to the principle of permeability; Fourth, infiltration life education in high school biology teaching in the classroom teaching is the main way of infiltration. But because the object of investigation and research on practice concerned with only a few class I teach high school, may be the results of the study is not representative, has strong universality and hope for the high school biology teachers to carry out life education in the teaching, to provide certain theoretical and practical basis, hope life education can lead to more people’s attention.
