With the development of economic globalization, the rapid development of science and technology has brought high degree of material civilization to human society, but the developments in the field of the human spirit is relatively backward. Therefore, under the new situation of reform of education, good penetration of scientific disciplines and humanities becomes a remarkable focus of contemporary education reform.Biology course is a natural discipline in the Senior middle school, which contains rich cultural educational resources, and has an irreplaceable unique advantage in the penetration of humanistic education.Ordinary Senior middle school biology curriculum standards (trial) Puts forwards the three-dimensional object of knowledge, abilities, attitudes, values, Which reflects the requirements of integration of biological teaching and Humanities Education. This article makes a brief introduction of an the study of humanities education at home and abroad through literature analysis. And through the literature analysis, Humanities education was defined as:Humanities Education is a kind of education activity which aimed at promoting the human realm, the shaping of ideal Personality, and the achieving of social values of the educated, and its essence is Humanity education, the core of Humanities Education is the Conservation of the human spirit.This article investigate the understanding of humanities education of biology teachers, understanding of the Humanities Education resources of biology teachers,the situation of Humanities Education penetration in the Senior middle school biology teaching,the attitude of biology teachers for Humanities Education,as well as the Limiting factor of Humanities Education penetration in the high school biology through the interview. Then according to the situation and the difficulties encountered, This article does a study about the penetration of humanistic education in Senior middle school.The study is divided into several parts:At first, This article analysises the objectives through the "standard" analysis; Then,This article analysises the principle combined with the characteristics of humanistic education and biological features of the subject; Finally, This article analysises the ways of penetrating of humanistic education in high school biology teaching through case analysis. This article collects related cases of penetration of Humanities Education in high school through quizzes observation method, and then,This article summed up the ways of penetration of Humanities Education from Ordinary high school biology curriculum standards (trial) analysis, materials analysis, the development of extra-curricular curriculum resources, teaching process, teaching evaluation analysis through case analysis method. This article analysises the objectives, principles and ways of humanities education in the high school biology teaching through the method of Literature analysis and case analysis, to Provide to the Biological educators to Learn and discuss.
