Primary school educational research is a research process that the primary school teachers as the research subject based on a certain concept, methods and approaches to education, teaching problems. Primary school educational research is from education, teaching and service in education, teaching, seeking to solve the problem of teaching in the teaching methods and improvement measures. the quality of educational science research of the primary school teacher is to complete the teaching and research activities must have a certain basic conditions, individual knowledge,ability and psychological quality of a comprehensive psychological characteristics. As an important part of teachers’ professional quality, elementary school teachers are aware of the research, form of teaching, study of the integration of professional growth model.This research mainly uses the literature method, survey method and interview method, based on the relevant information on the proposed small value of teacher education research, theoretical basis and elements of the pursuit. some teachers and interviews of principals, scientific experts teachers, from teaching consciousness of scientific research, teaching and research knowledge, educational and scientific research ability and teaching scientific research attitude four dimensions to understand4 primary school teacher education scientific research literacy, from the overall situation and the various dimensions of specific analysis, after, in view of the problems existing in the educational research of primary school teachers literacy, from three aspects : teachers, schools and local education management countermeasures were put forward.This paper is divided into four parts:Introduction.Mainly including the issue of the proposed and research significance, related research at home and abroad, as well as the definition of related concepts.The first chapter:the value pursuit, theoretical basis and elements of primary school teacher education research. To define the value pursuit of the educationalresearch of primary school teachers, to explore the theoretical basis of the paper,and to construct the elements of the primary school teachers’ educational research.The second chapter:investigation and analysis of the current situation of the education and scientific research of 4 primary school teachers in Shijiazhuang city.Mainly including the choice of subjects, research methods and the distribution of questionnaires;4 primary school teacher education and scientific research literacy analysis of the basic situation of Shijiazhuang City, 4 primary school education and scientific research literacy status quo analysis.The third chapter:the main problems and reasons of the education and scientific research accomplishment of 4 primary school teachers in Shijiazhuang city. Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire and interview, the problems were found out, and the reasons of the problems emerged from the internal and external problems.the basic countermeasures of improving the educational scientific research quality of primary school teachers are came up.
