Teachers as the main participants in the teaching work,it is vital for the teaching level of ascension produced.STEM as a modern teaching mode,which mainly refers to the science,technology,engineering and mathematics a comprehensive interdisciplinary education,through the reasonable application of STEM teaching model and analysis,found the will to improve the students' interest in learning a very positive impact.In STEM education concept as the research background,the first focusing on the STEM concept of education and science education related theoretical knowledge are analyzed,and provides theoretical support for the following research,the second in changchun city primary school science teachers,for example,take the questionnaire survey on the current professional situation of the elementary school science teacher has carried on the detailed investigation,once again,combined with the results of the survey analysis of the problems existing in the elementary school science teacher's special field accomplishment as well as the influencing factors,and finally put forward to STEM education concept on the basis of the elementary school science teachers' professional level strategy.In this article in view of the STEM under the education concept of investigation and analysis of the elementary school science teacher's special field accomplishment,to improve the level of primary school science education have a positive impact,and provide the targeted suggestion,expect to contribute to the development of education of China.But due to time constraints,in the study of the proposed policy has not yet carries on the practice of teaching research,in research carried out in the future,therefore,the implementation of a more need to pay attention to the research conclusion.
